Preparation
- Start by slicing your steak into thin strips. Chop your mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Gather all your ingredients for a smooth cooking experience.
Cooking
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and allow it to heat until shimmering.
- Once the oil is hot, add your steak strips in a single layer, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let them sear for about 2-3 minutes, until nicely browned. Flip them to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Toss in your mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are bright and tender-crisp.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and stir everything together, cooking for an additional minute to meld the flavors.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with any desired toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the stir-fry in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
