#### **Step 1: Cook the Pasta**
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
#### **Step 2: Blacken the Steak**
Pat the steak dry and coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Generously season both sides with Cajun/blackened seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for preferred doneness). Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
#### **Step 3: Cook the Shrimp**
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.
Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
#### **Step 4: Make the Alfredo Sauce**
In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
#### **Step 5: Assemble the Dish**
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce, coating evenly.
Plate the pasta and top with sliced blackened steak and shrimp.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
