#### **Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prepare Pan**
Preheat oven to **425°F (220°C)**.
Generously grease a **popover pan or muffin tin** with butter or nonstick spray.
Place the pan in the oven for **5 minutes** to heat up—this helps the popovers rise.
#### **Step 2: Make the Batter**
In a **mixing bowl**, whisk together **eggs, warm milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter** until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together **flour, sugar, and salt**.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth. (For extra smooth batter, blend in a blender for **20 seconds**.)
#### **Step 3: Assemble & Bake**
Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and immediately pour batter into each cup, filling them **about 2/3 full**.
Drop **2-3 blackberry halves** into each cup.
Bake for **15 minutes at 425°F**, then reduce temperature to **350°F (175°C)** and bake for another **10-12 minutes** until puffed and golden brown.
#### **Step 4: Serve & Enjoy**
Remove from the oven and let cool for **5 minutes**.
Dust with **powdered sugar**, drizzle with **honey**, or serve with **whipped cream**.
Enjoy warm!
