- In a food processor, combine the black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- If using chocolate chips, fold them into the brownie batter.
- Transfer the brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting them into squares. Enjoy them warm or cool!
