Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef Can be substituted with turkey or plant-based meat.
  • 4 large flour tortillas Warm in a dry skillet to make pliable.
  • 4 slices American cheese Use your favorite cheese.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup special sauce or Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Break it apart into small crumbles for that classic Big Mac texture.
Preparing the Tortillas
  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet to make them pliable. This step ensures you can roll them easily without tearing.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the cooked beef, a slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and a generous drizzle of special sauce.
Rolling the Wraps
  1. Carefully roll the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go to create a tightly wrapped Big Mac wrap. Repeat this process for all tortillas.
Serving the Wraps
  1. Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and enjoy immediately while they’re warm and cheesy.

Notes

Serve with crispy sweet potato fries, garden salad, or classic potato chips. Pair with refreshing iced tea or a milkshake.
