Cooking
- Dip each fish fillet into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Gently lower the battered fillets into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove fillets from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
