Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter unsweetened is best
  • - 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • - 1/4 cup coconut milk or water for a lighter version
  • - 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • - 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • - 1–2 tsp sriracha or chili paste adjust to taste
  • - 1 garlic clove minced or grated
  • - 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
