  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) Use high-quality cheese for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Carefully pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter sauce, substitute half of the heavy cream with chicken broth. Ensure chicken breasts are even in thickness for consistent cooking and consider using a meat mallet. For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
