  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and make shallow cuts on each breast.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, and crumbled chicken bacon. Mix until well combined.
Stuffing and Baking
  1. Carefully stuff each chicken breast with the cheesy mixture and use toothpicks to secure.
  2. Place stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
