Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and steamed broccoli. Stir to distribute evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir gently until everything is well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until they’re evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken and broccoli mixture.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your loved ones!
Notes
If you have leftovers, you can refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
