Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
For perfect brownies, avoid over-mixing the batter and keep a close eye on the baking time. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
