  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the mini potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they are evenly coated.
  3. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned mini potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
Cooking
  1. Cook the potatoes for about 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Check for doneness; they should be crispy on the outside and fork-tender on the inside. Continue cooking in 2-minute intervals if needed.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot. Garnish with your favorite herbs if desired.

Notes
