Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the halal ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the beef. Stir well and let it warm for another minute.
- Cut the slider buns in half horizontally, and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Assembly
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the bottom buns.
- Layer the cooked ground beef, followed by halal pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle a bit more pizza sauce on top, then place the slider tops over.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the buns.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Let cool for a minute before slicing into individual sliders.
Notes
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze them for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
