Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 count Slider Buns Soft and fluffy for that perfect bite!
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Use halal-certified ground beef.
  • 1 cup Halal Pepperoni, sliced The star of the show – ensure it’s halal!
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Opt for fresh cheese for the best melting experience.
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Store-bought or homemade works well.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For drizzling on top to enhance flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning A mix of herbs to sprinkle over.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Optional, but adds a nice touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the halal ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the beef. Stir well and let it warm for another minute.
  4. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally, and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Assembly
  1. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the bottom buns.
  2. Layer the cooked ground beef, followed by halal pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Drizzle a bit more pizza sauce on top, then place the slider tops over.
  4. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the buns.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a minute before slicing into individual sliders.

Notes

Store leftover sliders in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze them for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
