Preparation
- Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Add the beef strips to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add minced garlic and cooked beef back to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
Serving
- Place a scoop of rice in a bowl, top with the beef and pepper mixture, and add any desired toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in microwave or skillet.
