- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir the mixture until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Finish off with the chopped green onions as a garnish and serve it up with your favorite chips or veggies.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze before baking and thaw in the refrigerator overnight before baking.
