- Cook the chicken through your preferred BBQ method—grilling or baking works well. Shred the chicken once it’s cooked and mix it with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with a drizzle of ranch dressing. Toss to coat and ensure every bit is flavorful.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a good amount of the BBQ chicken down the center, followed by the coleslaw mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for that extra layer of flavor.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to create a snug wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping!
Notes
For a vegetarian-friendly option, substitute chicken for grilled tofu or tempeh while adhering to Halal guidelines. To prevent soggy wraps, add the coleslaw right before serving. Warm tortillas slightly before assembling to make them pliable.
