Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Rinse and dry your chicken wings. Pat them down with paper towels until they are as dry as possible, ensuring a crispier result.
- Season your wings by combining garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss the wings in the bowl until evenly coated.
- Add the hot sauce and melted butter, mixing the wings thoroughly until well-coated.
Cooking
- Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Once done, let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm to maintain crispiness.
