For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Marinate the Chicken: Toss the cut chicken pieces in the sauce and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
Cooking
  1. Grill the skewers on a preheated grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Alternatively, bake on a baking sheet and broil for about 10 minutes.
