Preparation Steps
  1. Start by peeling the ripe bananas.
  2. In a blender, add the peeled bananas, milk (or almond milk), yogurt, and honey (if you're using it).
  3. Toss in a handful of ice cubes.
  4. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  5. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  6. Pour the Banana Smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Banana Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. If keeping longer, freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
