  • 1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup banana liqueur
  • ½ cup whipped cream vodka
  • 2 cups whipped topping For folding in
  • 1 piece ripe banana, sliced For layering
  • to taste Crushed Nilla wafers For garnish

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in the banana liqueur and whipped cream vodka until fully mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. In small shot glasses, layer a slice of banana at the bottom.
  5. Carefully spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into the shot glasses until they’re almost full.
  6. Refrigerate the shots for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Just before serving, top with more whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed Nilla wafers.

Notes

Select ripe bananas for optimal flavor and don't skip the chill time for the best texture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
