Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup mashed bananas (approximately 2-3 medium bananas) Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well blended. Then, add the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  4. Gently fold in the banana pudding mix and chocolate chips. The batter will be thick and luscious!
  5. Pour the batter into your greased baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful fusion of flavors!

Notes

For a fun twist, try using different flavors of pudding mix—vanilla or butterscotch works wonderfully! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for indulgent warmth.
