- Rinse the strawberries under cold water, hull them, and slice them in half.
- In a large serving bowl or platter, layer the sliced strawberries and mozzarella balls, alternating them for visual appeal.
- Tuck in fresh basil leaves between the strawberries and mozzarella for a pop of color and flavor.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top of the salad. Season it with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Gently toss the salad to mix the flavors, and serve immediately to enjoy the freshness.
Notes
Storing leftovers: Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days. Best consumed the same day. Reheating not recommended.
