Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure a perfect roast.
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Trim the stems and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup if using to create a smooth glaze.
  4. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the glaze until well coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sprouts in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and tender.
  2. Let the Brussels sprouts cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

If you have leftovers, they can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, spread them on a baking sheet and place them in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
