Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the white fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
- Lay sliced lemons on top of the fillets.
Cooking
- Bake the fish for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for added flavor and a pop of color.
Notes
Serve Baked White Fish with steamed vegetables, rice, or a salad. For storing, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
