Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze by mixing teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the teriyaki mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
Baking
  1. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining glaze over the top.
  2. Bake the chicken for about 35-40 minutes, or until fully cooked and juicy. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added texture and flavor.
