Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish skin-side down. Brush the sauce mixture over each fillet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lime juice over the salmon, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  3. Serve with sides like rice or steamed vegetables.
