  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • optional Fresh dill (for garnish)
  • as needed Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
Baking
  1. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap portions in plastic wrap and foil.
