  • 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 ripe banana ripe banana Mashed for natural sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 eggs eggs Substitute with flaxseed mixture for vegan option.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Optional Toppings
  • to taste fruits (like berries or sliced bananas)
  • to taste nut butter
  • to taste syrup

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, milk, and eggs. Mash the ripe banana and fold it into the mix.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins with non-stick spray or a little oil.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the greased dish(es) and spread it out evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  2. Top with fresh fruits, nut butter, or syrup as desired.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 1-2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
