Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs together.
  4. Layer the shrimp in the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture generously over the shrimp.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh shrimp if possible. Broil for an extra crispy topping for the last 3-5 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
