- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs together.
- Layer the shrimp in the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture generously over the shrimp.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For the best results, use fresh shrimp if possible. Broil for an extra crispy topping for the last 3-5 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
