Ingredients
  

For the potato wedges
  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes Ideal for baking
  • 1/4 cup olive oil For coating
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic packs the most flavor
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese To sprinkle on top
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika For added flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference
  • as needed Fresh parsley for garnish Optional, for presentation

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wedges in a single layer.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the wedges.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
