  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt Can be adjusted to taste.
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish on top.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt until thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  2. Once baked, take it out of the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with toasted bread or crispy crackers.

Notes

For a unique flavor twist, consider roasting garlic before mixing it in. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 2 months.
