Fold the cooked spaghetti into the cream cheese mixture until fully coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
