Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese preferably full-fat
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing

  • **Preheat the Oven:**
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or individual ramekins with butter.
  • **Whisk the Eggs:**
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and well combined.
  • **Mix the Ingredients:**
  • Stir in the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • **Pour into Dish:**
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish or divide it evenly among the ramekins.
  • **Bake:**
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly golden. If using ramekins, check for doneness around 20 minutes.
  • **Serve:**
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
