  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Adds gooey texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional, but adds flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Adds freshness and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, diced chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the chicken and pasta mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave.
