Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, diced chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread the chicken and pasta mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave.
