  3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  4. Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Top the salmon with cucumber rounds, arranging them for presentation.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh dill if desired.
