  • 1 whole ripe avocado Choose a ripe avocado for creaminess.
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup (or simple syrup) Adjust based on sweetness preference.
For Serving
  • to taste Salt for rimming the glass
  • for garnish Lime slices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rim your glass with lime juice and dip it into coarse salt to create a salty rim. Set aside.
  2. Slice your ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  3. Pour in the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup into the blender with the avocado.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash of water.
  5. Pour the avocado mixture into your prepared glass, garnish with a lime slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Best served fresh. If made in advance, refrigerate for up to a couple of hours and stir before serving. Do not freeze, as it will affect the texture.
