- Rim your glass with lime juice and dip it into coarse salt to create a salty rim. Set aside.
- Slice your ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Pour in the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup into the blender with the avocado.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash of water.
- Pour the avocado mixture into your prepared glass, garnish with a lime slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Best served fresh. If made in advance, refrigerate for up to a couple of hours and stir before serving. Do not freeze, as it will affect the texture.
