Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures the pastry will puff perfectly in the oven.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well until the apples are coated in the sweetening mixture.

- Place the apple mixture onto the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Fold the edges over the filling, creating a small border around the apples.
