Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter. Stir until the apples are well coated and set aside for a few minutes.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
Assembly and Baking
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons) on the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll the dough tightly around the filling, pinching the ends to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Serving
- Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes, drizzle with caramel sauce, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
