  • 1 can apple pie filling chopped into smaller pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and greasing a baking dish.
  • Fill the Biscuits: Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly. Spoon some apple pie filling onto the center of the biscuit, then fold the edges up and pinch them closed to seal, making sure the filling is enclosed.
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Once mixed, dip each stuffed biscuit into the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them in the prepared baking dish.
