Ingredients

For the crust and crumble
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup 1 cup rolled oats
For the filling
  • 2 cups 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 oz 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large 2 eggs

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the peeled and chopped apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well, then blend in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
Layering and Baking
  1. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust, then top with the apple mixture, adding a layer of crumble made from brown sugar and rolled oats.
  2. Place the springform pan in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Allow it to cool for at least 1 hour before refrigerating for several hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh apples and don't rush the cooling process. Consider adding nuts or caramel sauce for variations.
