- Prepare Your Workspace: Set up your workspace with all your ingredients and tools ready.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well blended and creamy.
- Add Toppings: Mix in the chopped salami, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, chopped olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.
- Form Balls: Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Coat the Balls: Roll each cheese ball in your choice of chopped nuts or breadcrumbs.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve: Arrange the cheese balls on a serving platter.
Notes
These cheese balls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can freeze them before coating and coat them after thawing.
