- Start by prepping all your ingredients. Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple, and set them aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, and pineapple chunks.
- Gently fold in the sour cream or whipped topping to the fruit mixture until everything is well coated and looking delicious.
- If you're using nuts, fold them in gently at this stage. They’ll add a delightful crunch to your salad.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!
