  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained

  1. Start by prepping all your ingredients. Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple, and set them aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, and pineapple chunks.
  3. Gently fold in the sour cream or whipped topping to the fruit mixture until everything is well coated and looking delicious.
  4. If you're using nuts, fold them in gently at this stage. They’ll add a delightful crunch to your salad.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!
