Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Tear the almond croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them evenly in the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissant pieces and allow it to soak for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze portions for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
