  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste Salt
For the Toppings
  • 4 pieces tortillas
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Make sure it’s well combined for a smooth garlic spread.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture over one side of each tortilla. Ensure even coverage for maximum flavor.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the buttered side of each tortilla.
Cooking
  1. Place the prepared tortillas in the air fryer basket, buttered side up. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove the tortilla garlic bread from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges. Serve warm.

Notes

For variations, try adding mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, or red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. To reheat, air fry at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
