Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Make sure it’s well combined for a smooth garlic spread.
- Spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture over one side of each tortilla. Ensure even coverage for maximum flavor.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the buttered side of each tortilla.
Cooking
- Place the prepared tortillas in the air fryer basket, buttered side up. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the tortilla garlic bread from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges. Serve warm.
Notes
For variations, try adding mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, or red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. To reheat, air fry at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
