Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Use unsalted butter for a smoother flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust quantity based on personal preference.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Use to taste.
For the Tortilla
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas Whole wheat tortillas can be used as a healthier alternative.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Substitute with plant-based cheese for a vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley For added flavor and color.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Stir until well blended. Add a pinch of salt and mix again.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the same side of the tortillas. To finish, add a dash of dried parsley for extra flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the tortillas from the air fryer and cut them into triangles or strips. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Keep an eye on the tortillas during the last minute to prevent burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
