  • 2 pieces chicken sausages, sliced Choose Halal-certified sausages.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or your favorite herbs

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing and dicing the potatoes into even cubes.
  2. Next, take your chicken sausages and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes and sliced chicken sausage. Drizzle olive oil on top, then add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss until well combined.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
  5. Once preheated, carefully place the potato and sausage mixture into the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd it. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. After 15 minutes, check if the potatoes are tender and golden brown. If needed, give them a few more minutes.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

Substitutions: Feel free to swap the chicken sausages for turkey sausages or veggie sausages for a meatless option. Keep an eye on the cooking time; air fryers can vary in efficiency. Don't overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
