  1. Start by washing and dicing the potatoes into even-sized cubes.
  2. Slice the beef sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced beef sausage, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Toss until everything is well-coated with the seasonings.
  3. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the seasoned potatoes and sausage mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading them evenly.
  5. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Check for doneness after 15 minutes; the potatoes should be fork-tender and golden brown.
  7. If needed, cook in additional 2-3 minute increments.
  8. Once finished, carefully remove the basket and serve hot.
