Preparation
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
- Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice the dough into rectangles, roughly 3x4 inches.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each rectangle, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and press the edges together with your fingers to seal.
- For extra security, you can use a fork to crimp the edges.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning to add flavor.
- Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they have enough space to expand.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
