Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling ingredients
  • 1 package Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Pepperoni Slices (or Halal-friendly sausage)
  • for brushing Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice the dough into rectangles, roughly 3x4 inches.
  3. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each rectangle, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and press the edges together with your fingers to seal.
  5. For extra security, you can use a fork to crimp the edges.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning to add flavor.
  3. Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they have enough space to expand.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let them cool for a minute before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
