Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.
  3. In each square, place a small amount of pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella cheese, and a few slices of pepperoni.
  4. Gather the corners of the dough square and pinch them together tightly to seal, ensuring no openings.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the pizza bombs inside, allowing space between them.
  6. Sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning on top if desired.
  7. Air fry the pizza bombs for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  8. Carefully remove the pizza bombs and let them cool for a minute before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
