Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.
- In each square, place a small amount of pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella cheese, and a few slices of pepperoni.
- Gather the corners of the dough square and pinch them together tightly to seal, ensuring no openings.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the pizza bombs inside, allowing space between them.
- Sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning on top if desired.
- Air fry the pizza bombs for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully remove the pizza bombs and let them cool for a minute before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
