Preparation
- If you’re using store-bought pizza dough, take it out of the fridge and let it sit for about 10 minutes to relax.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares, roughly 4x4 inches.
- Place a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a dash of Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over to form a triangle. Press the edges together firmly to seal and use a fork to crimp the edges.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the pockets with olive oil, then place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Once cooked, remove the pizza pockets from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 350°F (175°C) for best results. Can be frozen for up to a month.
